今天去参加了Reba的90岁生日party...在切蛋糕前，Reba深有感触，讲了一段话，以下是我记忆中讲话英文版：

There's something I want to say today:
First I want to tell you a little story

My husband passed away some years ago
At that time I thought my life is meaningless
I didn't care about anything

Then I　got a call from my friend XX
She decided to start an english conversation class at UCSB

And she asked me to help her

I replied: "No, I　was not interested
I didn't know anything about teaching"

And she said, "please help, I just need more people talking in the room"

I said "I am sorry, my car didn't working" 
"I can pick you up in ten minutes"

Then she picks me up to the classroom
And I　looked at the people and talked with those students
And I thought this is wonderful
Later I talked with her, "I wound like to help you"
And this is the day my new life begins

......

Now I want to thank each and everyone of you who gives me my life back
